This suite is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Northern Editions, Darwin. On the frontispiece which accompanies the suite is the following: “In May 2003 a printmaking workshop by Northern Editions was held at Warlukurlangu Art Centre (named after Yuendumu's location in Fire Dreaming Country). Senior artists were commissioned to record epic narratives inspired by the Rain Being and the spectacular Warlpiri Fire Ceremony. On zinc etching plates each artist inscribed ancient symbols of rain, lightning, bushfires, waterholes and desert soaks. Some artists also told stories associated with the arrival of annual rains such as the flowering of the desert fuchsia or the onset of a bushfire after a lightning strike. In all cases the images reflect the close association with 'country'.”
